The ASHE Annual Conference is coming! HEPACART™ is proud to be able to participate once again in this unparallelled gathering of healthcare facilities professionals from around the country and we hope you’ll be able to join us.

What: ASHE Annual Conference & Technical Exhibition

This year, you can find us at Booth 729, located directly behind ASHE CONNECT.

There are a lot of reasons to attend ASHE every year. Following are just a few of the interesting and educational sessions that you can attend:

Managing Infection Prevention During the Construction & Operation of Health Care Facilities

Infection control is the responsibility of every healthcare professional -- even before you break ground on a new facility. On Sunday, this preconference program will bring together the expertise of Steven Cutter from Dartmouth-Hitchcock Medical Center; Andrew Streifel from the University of Minnesota and Paula Wright from Massachusetts General Hospital. From the importance of ICRA to how to train your team, this is sure to be time well spent.

Hopefully you’ve already registered for this fascinating session, because it’s sold out!

Tuesday, 9:30AM to 10:45AM

Improving Infection Prevention Through Facility Design–An Update on the CDC/HRET Project

Because this session sounds just that good, we’ve taken the description directly from ASHE:

In 2015 ASHE was invited to participate in a joint CDC/HRET project to develop materials aimed at improving infection prevention during health care facility planning, design, and construction. This session will describe this project and the materials under development and will illustrate how this information may be used by facility managers, designers, project managers, and clinicians.

Tuesday, 3:15PM to 4:30PM

How to Transform Your Campus to an Intelligent Health Care Campus

Join Sanjyot Bhusari of Affiliated Engineers Inc and John Nicely of BayCare Health System in addressing the basics of an intelligent healthcare campus, including implementation strategies, financial costs and lessons learned.

Wednesday, 10:10AM to 11:10AM

Methodology for Analyzing Environmental Quality Indicators (EQIs) in a Dynamic Operating Room Environment

Air quality is an important aspect of dust containment. This session will glean insight from experienced professionals in air quality testing as it pertains to operating rooms, including a board certified surgeon, an air quality expert, a mechanical engineer and a hospital design & construction expert.

This is just a peek at a few of the sessions being offered this year at the ASHE Annual Conference. We hope you’ll be able to join us!
