Administrative Assistant:
We are HEPACART, one of the fastest growing companies in the Kansas City area. Located in Merriam, KS, HEPACART manufactures and sells premium products for environmental and infection control across North America. We are looking for a Full-Time Administrative Assistant who will report to the Director of Sales and Marketing and be responsible for a variety of administrative and clerical tasks as assigned. The ideal candidate needs to have proven administrative assistant and clerical experience and a solid understanding of all Microsoft Office programs, Quickbooks (or other accounting software) and Outlook. Responsibilities will include (but are not limited to) opening and closing the office daily; administrative and clerical sales support, answering inbound calls and taking messages, assembling presentations, billing and accounts payable.
